We hope your stay at WKU will be happy, comfortable, and filled with accomplishments. We invite you to get to know the culture of the city of Bowling Green and the state of Kentucky while you are at Western Kentucky University.  Housing fees for 2012/2013 year are:

• $450/month per bedroom for Colonial Court Cottages (1594 Normal Dr.)
•  $500/month per efficiency apartment for Colonial Court 4-Plex (1594 Normal Dr.)
•  $400-450/month per bedroom for 513 Regents.
•  The fee for a second person sharing a bedroom is 50% of the original fee and no more than two people can occupy any bedroom.
•  For a partial month beyond one month, the monthly rate will be prorated. For stays of less than one month, the minimum rental fee is $225 for 5 nights; for stays over 5 nights each additional night will be prorated.
