Do I have to go to the printing vendors for my printing needs?
NO, they will come to you. We want you to enjoy our office call policy. No more
losing your parking space or having to leave the office. All vendors are required
to come to your office for consultations, job pickups, & deliveries.
Can I work directly with these approved vendors?
Yes, within the program and your internal guidelines. For projects under $10,000 you
may work directly with approved vendors, including requesting estimates. Projects
over $10,000 require three quotes from approved vendors! Projects over $20,000 require
state approval and must be bidded. We however, strongly recommend that you receive
at least three quotes on all jobs to ensure the best pricing for your printing project.
Do I need a purchase requisition form when using WKU Printing Services?
NO, all your printing will be billed monthly to Printing Services through our vendors.
You do however have to submit an online printing job request form.
Who do I call if I have questions about a job?
Please call the vendor directly for all questions concerning the print job. Their
customer service staff will assist you.
When will my job be ready?
Most jobs depend on the complexity of the job. It is up to the department to work
directly with the printers to ensure the most efficient turnaround time.
How will I get the job back?
Your vendor of choice will delivery your job directly to your office.
