Hospitality Management Associate Degree

Hospitality Management Associate of Science Degree

This is a two-year degree program that will transfer directly into the four-year B.S. Degree program, if desired.

          in the Hospitality Industry - 3 hours
  • CFS 251 - Commercial Food Preparation - 3 hours
  • CFS 252 - Hospitality Information Technology - 3 hours
  • CFS 271 - Tourism Planning and Development - 3 hours
  • CFS 275 - Restaurant Management - 3 hours
  • CFS 276 - Lodging Operations - 3 hours
  • ACC 200C - Accounting - Financial - 3 hours
  • BUS 248C - Supervisory Management - 3 hours
  • BUS 210C - Organization and Management - 3 hours
  • BUS 212C - Principles of Marketing - 3 hours

NOTE: A grade of “C” or better is required in all of the above courses.
