Research Interests

My research has focused on developing methods for accelerating performance in complex cognitive skills, the development of expertise in cognitive skill development, training/instructional systems design and evaluation, cognitive task analysis and knowledge elicitation techniques, rapid training development, performance measurement and assessment, and leader development.
