WKU offices in Bowling Green will open at 10 a.m. Friday. Classes Friday remain canceled and campuses in Glasgow, Owensboro and Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox remain closed Friday. Saturday classes in Bowling Green will proceed as scheduled. Here is a link to the University’s attendance policy during adverse weather conditions. Use caution and watch for slick spots on roads and walks.

Mr. Gillard B. Johnson III



Gillard B. Johnson is an attorney with McNair's Finance Practice Group and heads its office in Lexington, Kentucky. He has extensive experience in tax exempt and industrial development bond financing and experience in mergers, tax-free reorganizations, and commercial/corporate litigation.

Mr. Johnson received his Doctorate of Law from the University of Louisville and is actively involved in professional organizations such as the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the University of Louisville Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

He is a 1970 graduate of WKU. His term on the board ends June 2019.
