Thur., March 2nd | Mindfulness | focusing on the practice rather than discussion. Practice will include body-scan and mindful breathing techniques common to stress reduction/relaxation programs. F/S can self-report attendance via the Wellness Seminar/Activity tracker

Wed., March 8th | Everything you wanted to know about (academic) testing | Come and learn about our testing services.  The tests we offer provide students with the opportunity to shorten the time it takes to earn their degree and save some money.    

Wed., March 22nd | Identity Development | Repeated session from Feb. 23rd. 

Thur., March 30th | Laughter Therapy | The purpose of the activity is to help participants to be more mindful of using laughter as a form of self-care and wellness.  F/S can self-report attendance via the Wellness Seminar/Activity 

Wed., April 12th | Motivation & Positive Thinking |Take time out of your day to focus on YOU! Leave this session feeling energized, affirmed, and more positive! 

Wed., April 19th | Finishing Strong | Gain tips on how to stay focused and motivated towards the end of the semester.

Linda Dillard, with WKU Financial Aid, works closely with parents and students to outline a plan for paying for school.  Linda will assist in navigating the financial aid process, helping to fill out the correct forms, providing the needed documents and apprising you of any changes to existing resources. In addition to finding financial aid resources, she can inform students on loan repayment procedures.  You do not need to make an appointment to meet with Linda please stop by our office or call 270.706.8870 to speak with Linda for your financial needs.
