UK Third Year Medical Students PBL/Televideo Sessions
University of Kentucky third year medical students are required by the university to participate in PBL/Televideo sessions while out on your AHEC rotation. You must contact your AHEC clinical coordinator the month before your clinical rotation begins to set up a site to attend the PBL sessions.
- If you are on your Peds rotation, the PBL sessions are every Tuesday, 12:00p – 3:30p CST (1:00- 4:30 EST)
- If you are on your Family Medicine rotation, the PBL sessions are Wednesdays, the second and third weeks of your rotation, from 8:00a – 11:00a CST (9:00a – 12:00p EST)
The South Central AHEC has three sites that students can attend: Bowling Green, Glasgow and Elizabethtown. The location of your clinical site determines where you attend the PBL Sessions.
