Who Should Take Developmental Courses?

The Council on Postsecondary Education now requires developmental courses for beginning freshmen whose ACT* scores fall within the range below:

English Below 16 DENG 055C
Reading Below 18 DRDG 080C
Math (General) Below 19 **
Math (Algebra) Below 22 **

*  If you took the SAT, please call (270) 780-2553 to see where the scores fall in this range.

** Math course placement is based on scores from the Accuplacer Exam and Math Placement Exam (MPE).
