- Registration / Check-in opens at 8:00 AM (continues until 1:00 PM)
- Morning Session I: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Morning Session II: 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM
- Lunch Break (with Big Red & Photo Booth): 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM
- Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
The event concludes at 1:30 PM.

About the Showcase
The WKU Student Scholar Showcase is an annual event that celebrates the outstanding research and creative activity of Western Kentucky University’s undergraduate and graduate students.
Participants present their work in a variety of formats, including:
- Poster presentations
- Oral presentations
- Video presentations
- Pre-recorded performances
This event provides students the opportunity to share their academic and creative
achievements with the campus community and the public.
