Why do you serve?
I serve on the Staff Senate because I am a problem-solver. I feel that the Staff Senate is a place where we can have a voice to let leadership know where there are issues and help find solutions to those problems. If I don’t know the answer, then I don’t mind to keep asking until I find out who does. If there’s not an answer, I want us to work together to find one.
