Kentucky has adopted the Framework for Teaching based on the work of Charlotte Danielson for the TPGES. The Framework for Teaching is a foundation for mentoring, coaching, professional development, and the teacher evaluation process, thus linking all those activities together and helping teachers become more thoughtful practitioners.
The 2014 School of Teacher Education Summer Conference is dedicated to offering professional development, Action Research presented by WKU Graduate Students, Makerspace engagement activities, and practical applications of the Framework for Teaching.
This one-day conference will follow the time schedule below. See the full Conference Program (pdf).
