Study Abroad Video Contest

Every year the Office of Study Abroad and Global Learning invites study abroad veterans to submit a video regarding their study abroad experience for presentation during the Study Abroad Video Contest. This year the deadline to receive submissions is Monday, March 4.

Submitted videos should be at least 30 seconds, and no longer than 3 minutes. The Study Abroad and Global Learning Office is looking for videos that promote studying abroad through WKU, certain countries, and study abroad in general. Special consideration will be given to videos that lend themselves more readily to use in promotional and marketing materials.

One winner will receive a scholarship.

Submission instructions:

• Open to all WKU students that studied abroad between Spring 2011 and Winter 2012.
• Maximum of 1 video per student.
• Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and a link needs to be e-mailed to: wkustudyabroad@gmail.com. 
• Video links must be accompanied by a digital video release form which must include YouTube username and YouTube video title in order to be taken into consideration.

5 Videos will be picked and presented online for public viewing and voting.

Winner will be announced before the end of spring semester.
