You should prepare to sing a song from memory, preferably from an American Musical Theatre score. Songs from Urinetown OK, but not required. An accompanist will be provided.  Dance auditions will be conducted as well, so please dress appropriately.  You should also prepare a short (60 seconds max) contemporary monolog, which you may or may not be asked to perform.

Your familiarity with the book and music for Urinetown, and your availability to commit to the production schedule will be critical factors in your being considered for a role.  Copies of the script are available in GWH 314.  Audition forms are also available in GWH 314; fill one out (both sides), attach a current resume, and bring them with to your audition. (Head shots/photos welcome but not required.)

Please note that callbacks, if needed, will be conducted from 6:00–10:00pm Monday September 10th, in GWH #312.

Rehearsal will commence on Monday September 24th, the production runs from Thursday November 8th through Tuesday November 13th
