Welcome to the Electrics Shop
The WKU Department of Theatre & Dance E-Shop is both an active and exciting learning environment. Here, students are given the opportunity to work on Mainstage and Studio productions throughout our busy season. Students get hands-on technical experience by serving as Lighting Designers, Sound Designers, Electricians, Master Electricians, and Board Operators in our productions.
The Electrics Shop is fully equipped with all the tools and equipment necessary to support our many productions. Here you will be given the opportunity to work side by side with both faculty and fellow students gaining first-hand knowledge on lighting methods and techniques.
Please explore this site to learn about our Electrics Shop Facilities and lighting & sound design and production courses offered at WKU. For more information about our program or to arrange a visit to our shop please feel free to contact Prof. Andrew Duff at firstname.lastname@example.org or 270-745-4168.
Stage Lighting Design students put their concert lighting skills to the test in this
hands-on final exam.
