It's Time for Something New
Have you been planning a piece of performance art? Dreaming up a solo show? Drafting a ten-minute play? Wishing you could collaborate with a composer on a new movement piece? Imagining actors and/or dancers performing live onstage with a film you've made? Pondering a devised show? Well, here's your chance to make those dreams a reality!
The Department of Theatre and Dance is putting on a New Works Festival April 10 – 15 in the Lab Theatre in Gordon Wilson Hall, and it will be what you make it: this is a chance for student-driven, student-created projects to take center stage!
- No previously produced work.
- You can only be part of two proposals.
- Proposals must come from a WKU student.
- Respect copyrights.
- Preference will be given to projects between 10 and 20 minutes in length.
Applications are due via email by 5pm on Tuesday, 12/3. Questions? Contact Dr. Michelle Dvoskin.
