Interfraternity Council

A Letter from the Interfraternity Council President...

Dear Prospective Fraternity Member,
Congratulations on your decision to attend Western Kentucky University! From here you will be engaged with fellow students, staff, and faculty alike in this extraordinary step of learning that WKU offers! I personally have enjoyed my time as a Hilltopper and encourage you to strive for greatness and extend yourself beyond the classroom. I'm often reminded of WKU's motto "Spirit Makes the Master," so I encourage you to take a new step during your college career and go into the broader WKU community to discover what makes the WKU spirit.

My name is Dalton Workman, and I am the current Interfraternity Council President. After joining WKU Fraternity Life, I quickly realized that my decision would be one of the best choices of my college career. The experiences I've gained from being Greek have changed my life and has enabled me to grow as a person and a leader. During my time in Greek Life, I have learned so much about what I am capable of doing, whether through the leadership skills that I have developed or the second family that I found in my fraternity.

I know you will have some of the same gratifying experiences I've enjoyed and would encourage anyone to join a fraternity. The opportunities are here, so why wait to join something that could forever positively impact your life? Visit www.wku.edu/wkugreeks to learn more about the fraternities at WKU, email me at daltonworkmanky@gmail.com or call me at 270-881-8250. I'd love to talk to anyone about the benefits of joining a fraternity and becoming a part of Greek Life here at WKU.

Dalton Workman, WKU Class of 2015
Interfraternity Council President
