WKU ENGLISH CLUBThe WKU English Club is a student run organization open to new members and new ideas.
You don't even have to be an English major to join, only share our passion for literature,
writing, and the humanities.

We meet Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. in Cherry Hall 124 (the student lounge)
Off campus readings to be announced.

GOLDENROD POETRY CONTEST
Goldenrod is the English Club’s annual poetry festival, and this year, 2012, we are proud to have Stacia Fleegal as our guest poet. The Club will judge to find ten finalists, who will then be submitted to Stacia Fleegal for final judging.
Click here to download the PDF submission form to turn into Cherry Hall 135 by March 23, 2012 by 4:30 p.m. All submissions should be attached to the form with your name on it. Do not put your name on the poem.
Meet our club mascot, Sophia Pawthorne.

She is a black lab named after Sophia, Nathaniel Hawthorne's wife.
