Planning, Design & Construction Renovations
WKU's Planning, Design, and Construction's Renovations section administers and directs all renovation projects for WKU. Renovations projects are those that normally cost less than $ 100,000. Our services include defining the scope of work, ensuring competitive pricing, codes compliance, managing the completion of work, and following up with the customer to ensure the work was performed according to their specifications.
Departments can request work by completing a Service Request form and submitting it to PDC.
