Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries, Inc.
Contact Number: 846-0565
Evergreen Presbyterian MInistries, Inc. is a nonprofit agency that supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through supported living, adult training, and creative arts. Their mission is to help individuals with disabilities build better lives. Their 2012 goals include establishing a creative arts program for their recipients that would incorporate an art exhibit for one of their featured artists.
They are in need of art volunteers who would be willing to work with their recipients to learn a new art form (i.e. jewelry making, pottery making, etc.). They are also interested in volunteer opportunities for their recipients to participate in, specifically working with animals. Or lead activities like games and puzzles.
Volunteers willing to teach life skills to our clients are also wanted.
There is also a need for volunteers to lead a fitness class engage our clients in exercise.
