Block 12 of the TIF (Tax Incremental Financing) District sits next to the WKU campus and is defined as the area bordered by Center Street, 14th Street, Kentucky Street and 13th Street. The Augenstein Alumni Center is the centerpiece of the Gateway and creates a hub for activity adjacent to the campus.
