This includes the degree to which one feels positive and enthusiastic about life as well as having the ability to effectively cope with stress.

  2. Be sensitive to not only your feelings, but feelings of others
  3. Find ways that help cope with stress
  4. Be realistic about your goals and expectations
  5. Take responsibility for your own behavior
  6. View challenges as opportunities rather than seeing them as a threat
