Effective May 4, 2016, the Higher One ATMs located on WKU’s campuses will no longer be active.  Higher One will expand access, for all accountholders, to a surcharge-free nationwide network of ATMs. Accountholders will have fee-free access to cash at 43,000 Allpoint® ATMs in the U.S., with an additional 12,000 locations internationally.

To locate an Allpoint ATM, please visit:  http://allpointnetwork.com/atm-locators.aspx

Accountholder Communication

Higher One began notifying accountholders of their new access to Allpoint on Sunday, April 3, 2016.

On May 4, the day of the change, accountholders will receive additional communications and our online and in-app ATM locator information will be updated to reflect this access.

Important tips for avoiding additional fees:

  • Check your WKU Topper e-mail account regularly for your student billing statements and other important messages. Be sure to log into TopNet and pay your account on time to avoid late charges.
  • Add a Billing e-mail address to your student account.  You can have your billing statement sent directly to the individual who pays your tuition; allowing the payment to be made in a timely manner to avoid late charges. Setting up a billing e-mail address is simple.

              1.  Login to TopNet
              2.  Select the "Personal Information" tab
              3.  Click on View/Update E-mail Address(es) link
              4.  Select "Billing E-mail Address"
  • Register for your classes on or before the first day of the semester to avoid late registration fees.
  • Be certain to make changes to your schedule during the grace period allowed.  After the grace period is over you will be charged  a $50 Schedule Change Fee for each class dropped or added.
  • Don't throw away or lose your WKU Debit Card.  WKU issues all refunds directly to the WKU Debit Card via HigherOne.  If you misplace this card, you will need to have a new card reissued at an additional cost to you.
