Information for current students
The Gordon Ford College of Business offers several options for students that complements the offerings of WKU's Office of International Programs. Options sponsored by the College of Business include exchange programs, double degree programs, the Trilateral MBA program, summer programs at our partner institutions, and faculty led short-term study abroad programs.
Dual Degree
Students have the option of earning a Bachelor of Science with a major in International Business from WKU and a Bachelor of International Management from St. Etienne School of Management. Under this program, students complete their freshman and sophomore years at WKU, complete their junior year at St. Etienne School of Management in St. Etienne, France, they then complete their senior year at WKU. Instruction at St. Etienne School of Management is provided in English.
Faculty Led Study Abroad Programs
Gordon Ford College of Business faculty, along with faculty from other colleges at WKU, offer study abroad programs in the winter and summer terms. Faculty members from WKU teach students from WKU (and sometimes other institutions) at various international locations. Credit is awarded by WKU.

Exchange Programs
Under an exchange program, WKU and our partner school "swap" students. You are a student at both WKU and at a partner school. You pay normal fees at WKU and enroll in classes at the partner school, and are treated as a regular student at the partner school. However, you do not pay tuition to the partner school. In exchange, a student from the partner school will enroll at WKU. This exchange can be for one semester or for one year. You will work with your advisor, the study abroad advisor for the Gordon Ford College and the WKU study abroad advisor to design a program of study that complements your course work and that works toward completing WKU degree requirements.
Consortia Programs
We have a grant from the US Department of Education to assist student study at our partner schools Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey Mexico, Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara Mexico, Laurentian University in Sudbury Canada, and Universitee Moncton in Moncton Canada.
