Training - Researcher 2
CITI (Collaborative IRB Training Initiative) Course (CITI)
The Institution Review Board (IRB) and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) have implemented a new training program for all research projects requiring approval through each review board. This training will require each researcher to complete on-line course work in their field to obtain certification lasting for three years. At this time it is recommended to complete this training program before the starting any anticipated research. As of June 1st, 2009 the certification is required to attain research application approval from either board. Please inform future students of the program.
