- In order for us to ensure that your event gets the highest quality service, please use the following guidelines for your food and beverage needs.
- The confirmation form must be received by the Expo at close of business, 7 business days prior to the event start date and must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to (270) 745-2518.
- Menu selections and final count attendance must be confirmed 7 business days prior to the event start date.
- This includes menu option, sides and dessert choices, as well as any additional items.
- Note: A confirmation form fill be sent to you following receipt of the service request. Filling out and returning this form is required.
- Any substantial menu changes or increases in attendance after the confirmation is submitted and/or due (7 business days prior to event) will incur additional charges, based on the requested difference.
- If guest count is greater than guaranteed number, customer will be billed for the greater number.
- Menu options and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Events cancelling less than 7 business days prior to the event will be responsible for 75% of the expected final invoice amount.
