WKU offers an on-line tool that will allow students &/or parents to estimate the cost of attending the university and potential financial aid awards (grants, loans, other).
By completing a simple form about the student's background, plans for housing while in school, and family finances, the student can receive information on estimated costs and awards. All information gathered is anonymous and is not stored.
Information needed to complete the estimator is listed below:
Information about the student:

- Marital status
- Dependent children
- Veteran status
- Number in household
- Household income
- Federal income taxes paid
- Number in household attending college
