Child Support Paid Form
Students and parents of dependent students who are selected for Verification Group 3 or Group 4 are required to complete a Child Support Paid Form to indicate whether the student or parent(s) paid child support for a child not residing in their household.
Sign in to Zip Access at www.kheaa.com. Choose "KHEAA Verify." Click on the Dependent or Independent* Child Support Paid Form that was listed in the MIL you received from WKU.
*Students who were required to include parent information on the FAFSA will need to complete the Dependent Child Support Paid Form. Students who were not required to provide parent information on the FAFSA will need to complete the Independent Child Support Paid Form.
