Library Information
DESCRIPTION: The Glasgow Regional Center Library is a general reference library with primary emphasis on undergraduate research needs. It is a non-circulating collection which includes:
- standard reference sources (encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, directories)
- current magazines
- local, regional, and national newspapers
- microform sources
- electronic indexes and Internet databases
Currently enrolled students can request books and magazine articles to be sent from the WKU main campus library. Materials are delivered twice a week via special courier. Turnaround time on requests is usually 3-4 days, but at times the service takes up to 7-10 days.
The library staff can help you find print sources, use the WKU library's online catalog (TOPCAT), search the Internet (including the databases made available by the university, such as EBSCOHost and FirstSearch), and make requests for main-campus items.
NOTE: You can access the WKU databases from off campus using your netid and password.
