Individual Personal Training:

Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions.

Buddy Personal Training:

“Buddy” Training is a group personal training in a semi-private setting (usually 2-3 clients). Buddy Personal Training provides the highest level of group training interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with each member of the group to meet individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions.

* Buddy Rates are charged on an individual basis, both participants must pay individually.

Meet our Trainers:

Meredith Smithmere
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

Meredith is currently working on a Degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, has practiced yoga for three years, and has competed in sports such as basketball, swimming and field hockey. Over a span of 9 years Meredith has enthusiastically practiced and studied physical fitness and nutrition. During that time, she developed a strong passion for it. Meredith strives to share her love of fitness with others and help individuals overcome mental and physical barriers through exercise and diet. It is in her best interest to help you become healthier and happier overall and to be able to apply acquired knowledge beyond the training sessions. Meredith is completely dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals and will do what it takes to get you there.

 

Wes Gosnellwes

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Wes, a native of Glasgow, KY, is currently completing a degree in Exercise Science at WKU. Wes's fascination with fitness and nutrition began in his teens through his love of sports. He remains dedicated sharing his passion for healthy living through being a certified NASM Personal Trainer. Wes understands the needs of individual clients vary greatly, and customizes each program to suit their personal goals, whether it is weight loss, strength training, increasing muscle mass, sport performance, or to just simply feel great! Rarely seen without a smile on his face, Wes hopes to use his positive attitude and love for fitness to teach, train, and motivate his clients to succeed. Wes will further his education in graduate school for Physical Therapy.
