Bio
Amber is responsible for compensation, policy research and special project administration. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration at Kentucky State University, and her Master's Degree in Public Administration at Western Kentucky University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Western Kentucky University.
