WKU Safe Communities America Report


Upon student’s admission/acceptance to Western Kentucky University (WKU), the International Student Office (ISO) policy is to mail SEVIS I-20 or DS-2019 forms, acceptance letter, financial documents, and informational packet by via Regular Mail to your home address listed on the application. This mailing should reach you within three (3) weeks. If your address is different from the one on the application, you should email ISO at iso@wku.edu as soon as possible.

However, if you would like to PAY to have your I-20 express mailed to you to receive it after one (1) week, you need to pay eShip Global Inc., University Express Mail Service using a valid credit card.

eShip Global Inc is a private company that offers University Express Mail Service at a competitive price that automates the ordering, processing and delivery of international student documents in 5-7 days to and from universities in the United States and international students overseas.

In order to use eShip Global service, you must go to https://study.eshipglobal.com within two (2) days after you receive your acceptance e-mail. You will need your WKU student ID number, mailing address, email address, phone number and a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards only) to set up a user account. When you set up your account, please make sure to select International Student Office when you find Western Kentucky University ISO office will be notified once you have requested a shipment. If you experience any difficulty in registering and processing a shipment, please use the “Help” link in the site for step by step instructions.
