WKU MBA & Sustainability

WKU features the only MBA program in the state offering an emphasis in sustainability. The MBA program sees a key linkage between business and sustainability.

We just completed a three year sustainability emphasis in the Fulltime/Accelerated MBA program on campus and now we are moving forward to offer the emphasis to our Online MBA students. We will eventually offering a Business Sustainability Certificate! Check back for details.

WKU's MBA courses in sustainability are designed to help students face some of the most complex social and environmental problems around the world. By integrating electives into our 33 credit-hour curriculum, we have allowed for five "mini-class sessions" (1.5 hour classes) in business sustainability. Courses range from the metrics on sustainability employers are required to report to entrepreneurial and innovative sustainable business ideas.
