Twenty-four travelers have returned home after a 10-day study abroad trip to France with Dr. Julia Roberts and Dr. Richard Roberts of The Center for Gifted Studies at WKU.

On Friday, May 24, more than 400 middle school students took part in the Kentucky Recognition Ceremony of the Duke Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) at Western Kentucky University.

Hayden Isenberg and Kamrin Green, both of Bowling Green and the Warren County Public School district, will have their published works showcased at the SOKY Book Fest Children’s Day on Friday (April 19).

The Center for Gifted Studies' Fall Super Saturdays program hosted more than 600 first through eighth graders from three states and more than 60 school districts each Saturday from Oct. 27 to Nov. 17. Students participated in one of nearly 40 classes.

The middle schoolers visited WKU to attend the Kentucky Recognition Ceremony for the Duke Talent Identification Program. The event honored students for scoring at or above the average for college-bound seniors on one or more sections of the ACT or SAT.
