WKU offers more than 50 graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs which are all 100% online.
If you are able to enroll in a combination of online, independent learning, IVS (Interactive Video Services), and telecourse offerings, you will find an even broader selection of programs available at a distance.
Whether you plan to finish your degree, advance your education, or change career paths, you will find numerous learning opportunities at WKU that fit your schedule.
WKU offers 21 online Master’s degrees in various disciplines, as well as 13 graduate certificates and endorsements which may be earned as part of your master's degree program, with advisor approval. Admission to the Graduate School Program at WKU is required as well as admission into the program itself.
Currently 13 graduate certificate programs and three graduate endorsements are available online. Graduate certificates can often be incorporated into your larger master's program - allowing you to earn two credentials at the same time!
Many bachelor degrees at WKU may be earned online. In addition, online courses can also be taken in conjunction with your major that may equal a minor or specialized certificate. Admission to WKU as an undergraduate is required.
Undergraduate students seeking a baccalaureate degree from WKU may be required to complete a minor along with their major area of study. Several minors are now available completely online and this number continues to grow.
WKU offers the opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to earn certificates in specialty areas as they are working toward their degree.
Typically, Associate Degrees can be earned in as little as two years. Often students choose to complete an Associate program before moving on to a Bachelor program. Many of the courses required for an Associate may count toward a four–year degree.
