A Step-by-Step Guide for Running and Viewing the iCAP Audit for Advisors

  • Go to Topnet.wku.edu.
  • Enter your Net ID and Password.
  • Click on Advisor Student & Data Inquiry.
  • Click on the iCAP link. (under Student Info/ Maintenance)
  • Select “Submit Audit.”
  • Select the term.
  • Enter the WKU ID of the student.
  • Select your desired options. For a full audit listing, run a default audit.
  • Select “Run Audit.”
  • Select “View Submitted Audits.”
  • Select “Refresh” until the audit you ran appears.
  • Select the audit.

Running a “What-If” Audit

  • Go to Topnet.wku.edu.
  • Enter your Net ID and Password.
  • Click on Advisor Student & Data Inquiry.
  • Click on the iCAP link. (under Student Info/ Maintenance)
  • Select “Submit Audit.”
  • Select the term.
  • Enter the WKU ID of the student.
  • Select your desired options. For a full audit listing, run a default audit.
  • Select “What-If.”
  • Choose the desired major, concentration and catalog term.
  • Select “Run Audit.”
  • Select “View Submitted Audits.”
  • Select “Refresh” until the“What-If” audit appears.
  • Select the “What-If” audit.
