Graduate Certificates

The Gordon Ford College of Business offers two stand-alone certificates to allow value to be added to existing undergraduate degrees.

Business Core Competencies

Those with undergraduate or advanced degrees in any field can add a solid business element to their credentials with this stand-alone certificate. If you later want to earn an MBA, and meet MBA admission requirements, you can use the courses within the certificate as part of your MBA program. The Certificate does not coordinate with the Professional MBA or the Full-Time MBA programs. However, it does coordinate with the Online MBA.

Business Sustainability

Students with undergraduate or advanced degrees who want to study environmental and societal issues as related to business and add  a “green” component to the resume will benefit from this stand-alone certificate. If you later want to earn an MBA, and meet MBA admission requirements, you can also use this certificate as nine hours in the elective category as part of the MBA.
