Make your own appointment using Handshake

Log into Handshake using your NetID and password (https://wku.joinhandshake.com/login)

• Click on Career Center, Appointments, Schedule New Appointment
• Find your Career Coach by College, Choose a time, Select the appointment medium of either phone or video
• Be sure to put your phone number and email address in the “What can we help you with?” box.
• Please Note: All appointments are made in Central Time

Advertise available opportunities to WKU students and alumni for FREE

If you have a Handshake account, please login and select Western Kentucky University as a school where you would like to recruit. Your organization will be approved shortly after! You will then be able to share your opportunities at Western Kentucky University.

Help WKU students learn more about your company

Please submit your information session request in Handshake (wku.joinhandshake.com) using the event type VIRTUAL SESSION, along with the details for how students may connect to your session virtually. 

Once your request has been received, our Employer Relations Coordinator will contact you to finalize the details and begin marketing your event.

Please note: All on-campus information sessions will be converted to a virtual format until further notice.

Interview a WKU Student or Alum!

All on-campus interviews will be converted to a virtual format until further notice.

Please submit your on-campus interviewing request in Handshake (wku.joinhandshake.com) along with details for how students may connect to your interview virtually.  Be sure to account for time zone differences.

If you submit a pre-select schedule, you may use Handshake's scheduling feature. 

If you submit a room only schedule, it will be your responsibility to schedule interview time slots.

At this time, many of our 2020-2021 Career Fair dates have been set! 

We are hopeful that on-campus events will resume in the fall.  However, we are also preparing to transition to virutal events should that become necessary.
