Petroleum Experts, Inc. donated educational license (for the year 2022) worth $2,542,603.16 to WKU

Petroleum Experts donated updated MOVE structural geology software suite educational license (for the year 2022) worth $2,542,603.16 ($2.54 million) to WKU to conduct cutting-edge geoscientific teaching and research. This donation includes 10 licenses of the most current version of the software that include kinematic modeling, geomechanical, sediment, fracture and fault modeling, fault and stress analyses and many more. We greatly acknowledge Petroleum Experts for this software donation to advance the teaching and training of the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Atmospheric Sciences undergraduate and graduate students, and conduct cutting edge research.
