2020 Summer Camp Registration Form

Registration:   Please complete the form below and click on submit.

All camp dates are tentative and subject to change. You can register your children for camp but please do not make a camp payment at this time. You will receive an email regarding your registration. 

ONLINE PAYMENT information is below.

 

If you are registering more than one child please use a separate registration form for each child.

  • Museum member fee per camp is $110 per child. Non-member fee is $125 per child.
  • Full payment must be made to finalize camp registration.

Select as many camps as you wish your child to attend.
