Meet the Authors Reception

Description:

A special component of SOKY Book Fest weekend is the annual Meet the Authors Reception. The reception is a prestigious event, allowing community members to meet with authors the night before SOKY Book Fest for an evening of drinks,* food, and fun. The 2018 Meet the Authors Reception will be held on Friday, April 20 from 5 to 7 pm in the West Lobby of the Knicely Conference Center. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. Please remember to bring a valid ID.

Authors scheduled to attend this year’s reception include Lemony Snicket, Maggie Stiefvater, and many other authors of varying genres.

Tickets to the reception are $50 per person and cover food and beverages consumed at the event for that individual. This winter, you will be able to purchase Reception tickets online. Stay tuned for more details.

Ticket sales will close Monday, April 16 at 4:30pm (Central time).
