Catharsis Online Module

At the Western Kentucky University (WKU), we care about the well-being of all students. We know that you will face many opportunities and challenges as you settle into campus life.

To help with this transition, WKU offers a variety of prevention initiatives, including Cathasis Online Training and Green Dot-active bystanders intervention. We believe these programs will both provide useful information to students and help us shape a safer campus community.

We have partnered with Western Kentucky University to provide you with Report = Support!, an online interactive training that addresses perspectives of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and interpersonal violence. This training will also explore how to respond to disclosures, and when to intervene if/when you witness questionable behavior.

The Report = Support! training module should take between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. All WKU employees (e.g., faculty, staff, student-employees) are expected to complete this training module, and are asked to accomplish this goal All incoming freshmen and transfer students are highly encouraged to complete this training.

Please note that you must use the link provided to you via Catharis via email in order to personally receive credit for completing the module.  You will be credited with finishing the training module once you are connected to a completion page at the end of the interactive session.

You will also want to have a strong Internet connection, preferably with an Ethernet connection, to avoid issues that may come with interacting with such a dynamic program.
