Dr. Hatfield is the coauthor of six books including HRM: Strategies for Managing a Diverse andGlobal Workforce and Human Resource Management in South Africa. He has also published atleast 14 peer-reviewed journal articles and 34 scholarly proceeding papers in the areas of humanresource management, organizational behavior and psychology, business education and training,and uses of technology in business and education. Dr. Hatfield is currently publishing in the areaof developing workplace collegiality.

Juris Doctor, Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville.
Dr. Hatfield’s experience includes achievement and leadership in both the corporate andacademic worlds. He was the Manager of Industrial Relations/Personnel for a Fortune 500company and has broad experience as a management consulting in areas such as strategicplanning, change management, leadership, collegiality, communication, employee relations.He has served on both public and private boards. Dr. Hatfield’s leadership in universities hasincluded both serving as a Chair of the Department of Management, Marketing, and Real Estate(Morehead State University) and MBA Executive Coordinator (WKU). Dr. Hatfield has administrative and/or teaching experience in 7 foreign nations and has ledin innovative projects and programs to advance the local community and university. He haswon many awards including teaching awards at 2 universities, a national award in BusinessEducation, and the GFCB “Award for Initiative, Innovation, & Leadership” in 2011.
