Pat earned an MBA from WKUs Gordon Ford College of Business in 2002. She earned her PhD from The University of Louisville in 2012. Her WKU career spans 25 years with 23 years in the GFCB. Pat serves as the Director of Student Services and Freshman Experience for the college. She leads a team of advisors focused on helping GFCB students to understand and maximize opportunities for growth and development as they pursue their academic careers.
Pat serves on the WKU Retention Committee, GFCB Curriculum Committee, GFCB Scholarship Committee, and is a member of the Campus Advising Network. She is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). Pat is a certified 7 Habits/Steven Covey facilitator and uses that training when she teaches Business University Experience courses.
Pat is married to Lee and they have four children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys time with family, traveling, reading, and learning about new cultures and people.
