Research
Mr. Callahan specializes in tax planning and employee benefits consulting (including ESOPs). He is in charge of the BKD Kentucky Non-Profit Center for Excellence. In addition to corporate and non-profit tax consulting work, Rich has assisted clients with business succession and valuation issues. He is accredited in business valuation by the AICPA and is a license of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Mr. Callahan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Management Consulting Services Section of the AICPA, Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Southern Kentucky Estate Planning Council. He is active in various community organizations and is a graduate of Leadership Bowling Green. Rich has served as a member of the University of Kentucky School of Accountancy Advisory Council.
