3002-3007 Multipurpose Rooms

Meeting spaces can be used for formal events and banquets in the Union. When combined this venue can accommodate up to 340 people lecture style or 144 people at round tables

DSU Auditorium

Seating 633 people, the Union Auditorium is WKU's premier performance space.

3023-3025 Multipurpose Rooms

Each individual room can accommodate at least 110. Rooms can be setup in a variety of ways to accommodate up to 360 people lecture style or 200 people at round tables

Registered Student Organization Reservation Requests

Please follow the steps below to ensure your student group can reserve space in the Union.

*Requests for recurring meeting space Fall 2017 only will begin July 10, 2017”

Step 1

WKU student organizations MUST have a Registered Student Organization form for the 2016-2017 Academic Year on file prior to making any reservations. Contact stephanie.scott@wku.edu to complete this form

Step 2

Review the Union Room Usage Policies and Procedures very closely. By requesting meeting space in the Union, you are signifying you agree to abide by these policies. 

Step 3

    • Auditorium, banquet, or Nite Class (first floor multipurpose venue) events: submit form at least 3 weeks in advance.
    • Every event request needs to be submitted at least 2 business days in advance of the event.
    • Reservations for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday need to be submitted on the previous Wednesday by 4:30 pm.

    Either online or in the Union Operations Office (Room 1053) complete and submit the Union Reservation Request Form

Submitting a request does not guarantee space in The Union will be reserved.
