Conference attendees from the state of Arkansas can share ideas and practices while attendees from neighboring states can learn about what Arkansas has to offer. Whether you are a part of a seasoned outdoor program or thinking about starting a program, Arkansas Adventure Programming Conference is for you! The conference is located at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, home to over 300 bolted climbing routes and over 130 bouldering problems. Located next to the Buffalo River, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch and the surrounding area is a mecca for climbing, paddling, hiking, disc golf, and cycling.

The Topper Fitness Master is a muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility competition that will be held in the Fitness Center. Each event (pushup, 1.5 mile run, sit-and-reach test) has a set amount of points related to the event, the male and female participant with the most awarded points will be crowned the winner. In other words, the more push-ups you do, the faster you run, and the better your flexibility is the better chance of winning. Everyone who participates will be able to see how their fitness levels compare to the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines.
All participants must do as many push-ups as possible, run 1.5 miles as fast as possible, and sit-and-reach as far as possible.
Male and female winners will receive a $10 Wal-Mart Gift Card. Raffle prizes will be available.

No jerky movements and hands must be even with each other (not one further than the other.)

Friday night we will spend time in the tiny town of Rosine, eating fried catfish, dance to live bluegrass, and camp next to the Rough River. Saturday we will canoe down the Rough River viewing some beautiful Kentucky countryside.

To participate in the Spring 2013 Poker Walk all you have to do is
register and walk the 2 mile loop around campus! Its as simple as that!
The Spring 2013 Poker Walk will start at 11:45am in front of the Preston Health and Activity Center. Participants can start showing up around 11:15am to check in if they have preregistered online or to sign up for the days event. Once everyone has checked in or registered, we will kick off the event at 11:45am. Participants will then walk the 2 mile loop around WKU's campus picking up 5 cards at volunteer stations along the route. These 5 cards will make up your poker hand to be turned in at the finish.
You will have an option for a WILD CARD! Before the finish, you will have the option to discard one card from your hand for a new one, hopefully making a better hand! Awards will be given to the best hand for a student and faculty/staff participant!
We hope to see you all at this years Spring Poker Walk!
