Research
Dr. Forbes' teaching specialization is within the areas of sales and services. He has published in outlets to include the Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management and the Journal of Services Marketing. He has won teaching awards at WKU and at the University of Kentucky.

M.B.A. Worcester Polytechnic Institute
B.S. US Military Academy at West Point
Prior to joining the WKU Faculty, Dr. Forbes worked in a variety of positions within the Automotive, HVAC and Printing industries for Texas Instruments and Lexmark International.
