University Orchestra-The Symphony has been entertaining and enriching audiences of all ages for over 100 years. The Symphony is a cooperative venture between Western Kentucky University's Department of Music and the Symphony Association, it is composed of Western students and faculty members as well as musicians from the surrounding region. By allowing WKU students to perform side-by-side with faculty and other professional musicians, The Symphony offers the rare opportunity for undergraduates to obtain professional level performing experience.
