Graduate Students:
Students seeking a graduate degree must obtain an Application for Admission (Form A) from the Office of Graduate Studies in order to initiate the application process. There is a $40.00 (non-refundable) application fee. Potential applicants who choose to mail completed applications must return it to the Office of Graduate Studies.

The on-line application process is available to you as a convenient and secure process. You will be required to mail additional documentation to the Office of Graduate Studies to complete your application. The non-refundable application processing fee is $40.00 and is required prior to submission of your application.
