Provost's Office Staff

Ms. Jessica Gilland is a magna cum laude graduate from Western Kentucky University where she earned a B. S. degree in Health Care Administration with a minor in Business Administration in 2003.  She also completed the College Business Management Institute (CBMI) program sponsored by the University of Kentucky and the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers (SACUBO). 

After working a couple of years in the health care field, Jessica was hired as the Office Coordinator to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management in 2005.  She has since served as the Manager of Budget Resources in University College before moving into her current position as Academic Resources Manager in 2012.

In her current role, Jessica works closely with the Division’s academic colleges and major areas on financial related matters and processes such as Carry Forward, Budget Development, Course Fee Revenue Allocations and Usage, Faculty Workload and Summer Effort and Year End Balancing.  She currently serves on the University Fleet Committee as a representative from the Division of Academic Affairs.
